Triskelions Eternal Weave

Triskelions Eternal Weave BG_edited.jpg

Knotwork Orange

At the heart of the artwork is a triskelion—a triple spiral symbol. This is a prominent motif in Celtic art and spirituality. It often represents:

  • Motion and cycles (life, death, rebirth)

  • The three realms (land, sea, sky)

  • The triple goddess (maiden, mother, crone)

  • Unity of body, mind, and spirit

The triskelion here is enclosed in a circular border with a stylized serpent.

Surrounding the central motif are layers of:

  • Celtic knots and interlace patterns, which symbolize interconnectedness

  • Rectangular and square borders form a labyrinthine pattern

Celtic beasts and symbols for the seasons are present around the exterior.

It combines Celtic mysticism, astrological/alchemical symbolism, and mythological representation into a unified mandala-like composition. It's the kind of image meant for meditation, ritual, or storytelling.
