Returns & Exchanges:
There is a restocking fee on all returns and exchanges, 20% for international orders and 10% for domestic orders. Please contact us if you require more details on a product before ordering.
If you are dissatisfied with merchandise purchased from the PartB Shop, you must contact us within 30 business days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns & exchanges must be received within 30 business days of contact with representative.
Customers must have had an interaction with a representative, if you have not received instructions from us do not send your product back. Once instructed to do so, you will be responsible for sending the item to us.
Claims for Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders:
Claims for missing or incorrect items or damaged shipments must be made within 30 business days of receipt. If your package is a gift intended for a later date, you must inspect the contents for damage or any missing items upon receipt.
Depending on the case, we will ship the missing or replacement item at no extra cost to the original Ship To address on the order. If the items need to be sent to an alternate address, then the customer may be responsible for part of or all shipping fees. Please contact us via email: partbshop@proton.me.
Cancellation:
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible at partbshop@proton.me. If your order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
